A first call to introduce each other, get to know your business, vision and goals. If it's a good fit, we'll define together the best way in which Reglaze studio can help you.
Kick-off
This step is crucial to gather information about your market and buyers, this will give us a clear understanding of your product positioning. We'll also validate the project brief and timeline together.
Review rounds
All our plans include at least one review round to make ajustements along the way. We'll walk you through what's been done so far, get your feedback, and get back to work.
Delivery
Once you’re happy with the final result, you will receive your design files and your website will be transferred to your workspace along with a comprehensive guide for full ownership.

Are you a good fit for our business?

What's your design stack and how do you build websites?
We use Figma for mock-ups and low-code solution like Webflow, Framer and (soon) Figma Sites to ensure easy updates and full independence on the website content on your side. On occasions, we collaborate with our top-notch Design Engineer partner on custom solutions.
What do you need from us to get started?
Whatever plan you chose, you'll be guided through strategic questions to get a clear picture of your business goals, product positioning and buyer/user groups. You'll also have the opportunity to share any references or guidelines you may have.
How long does a project take and what's the process?
The Brand Sprint is super straight-forward — After filling our brand form, you'll receive a couple of low-def ideation concepts to review and can expect the final delivery in less than 2 weeks from there. The Product Marketing Services start with a discovery call, if it's a fit we'll go on to define the collaboration scope and timeline together.
What deliverables will we receive at the end of the project?
All your designs will be centralized in a dedicated Figma file from which you'll be able to manage and export each one individually. Additionally, your brand system will be documented in a .pdf slide deck. Your website will also be handed-off if it's part of your custom plan.
Can we get a refund if we are not satisfied with the result?
Every project is custom and tailored to our clients needs thus we don’t offer refunds. Our process ensures that we stay on the same page all along the project and make adjustments if needed. Delivering high quality work is our absolute priority.
